After enlisting in the United States Army, Ryan moved to the Central Texas area in 2003. After moving to Texas, he was stateside only a few short weeks before embarking on his first of two combat deployments to the middle east. After completing his military service, Ryan searched for a career opportunity in the civilian world that would allow him to interact with people and unleash his inner entrepreneur spirit... he found all of these things in real estate. In real estate, Ryan found a natural fit, going from a modest first year in sales to selling 103 homes in his second year in the businss and being ranked the #1 agent in Temple shortly thereafter. As word of mouth and consistent results spread, the business only continued to increase. It slowly became apparent that to continue to provide world-class service to the residents of Central Texas, Ryan would not be able to do this alone. In 2011, The Ryan Smith Home Selling Team was born. Since then, Ryan and The Ryan Smith Home Selling Team has consistently been ranked #1 in the Temple-Belton area in home sales, having served nearly 2,500+ families with their real estate needs over the last 15 years.
